Will the city take it?
Hoover uses Amwaste for city trash service and MyHooverConnect for large-item requests. Start by confirming your address’s service, especially at a shared-bin property, then check the item and preparation rules.
For approved bulk, use a clear area within three feet of the curb with no overhead obstruction. Keep glass separately contained. Follow the city’s current schedule; ordinary routes can begin at 6:30am.

Do my items need to be outside when I book?+
You can book while your items are still inside. Arrange any indoor carrying and have everything outside and accessible according to your confirmation. We load and haul it away from there. Contact us before booking if your property has restricted access.
Does Hoover collect mattresses?+
