Will the city take it?
Phoenix uses appointments for bulk trash and separate arrangements for appliances and household electronics. Confirm city-account eligibility before choosing a collection route.
Phoenix offers a separate scheduled recycling collection for listed non-refrigerant appliances.

Get it ready
Empty appliances and secure or remove doors. Place them at the front, behind the sidewalk or curb, outside garages and alleys.
Place approved bulk at the front property edge, within five feet of the street and five feet clear of fixed objects. Have it ready by 5:30am on the appointment date, no more than seven days early.
Use a permitted, accessible outdoor spot. Arrange the move out of your home, keep shared access clear and follow your confirmation’s readiness instructions. Check with your building about access or staging limits before booking.
Listed household appliances, refrigerators, freezers and CRT or flat-panel televisions.
Bring a current city services bill and matching photo ID for residential allowances. Cooling appliances and CRTs have separate limits. Secure the load until inside.
Monday–Friday, 5:30am–5pm; Saturday, 6am–3pm. Closed Sundays and posted holidays.
Eligible full-service customers have a monthly one-load allowance up to one ton. Refrigerant appliances and CRTs have separate allowances; excess and other loads have charges.

Can I book a pickup for today?+
Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Choose from the dates shown at checkout. Your booking is for a pickup day, and we text you when your hauler is on the way.
Do my items need to be outside when I book?+
You can book while your items are still inside. Arrange any indoor carrying and have everything outside and accessible according to your confirmation. We load and haul it away from there. Contact us before booking if your property has restricted access.
How do I arrange Phoenix collection for a couch?+

Can I leave a mattress out without a Phoenix appointment?+
