Junk removal.
For real life.

Moving out, missed trash day or a pile that needs to go?

You get it outside. We take it away.

Moving out

Move-out day?

Leave your unwanted items outside. We’ll pick them up the same day.

Book by 2pm local time for same-day pickup.

Getting ready early? Book ahead for your move-out day.

Choose your items

A one-time trash pickup

Missed trash day?

Count the bags. We’ll take it from there.

  1. Count the trash bags.

Include bags inside the can and any beside it.

  2. Choose your pickup.

Select Trash bag, enter that quantity and choose a date.

  3. Tell us about the can.

After booking, add “Trash can pickup” under “Instructions for your hauler” on your confirmation page.

Browse bags & boxes
One trash bag inside a can and two beside it.
In this example: 3 bags. The can stays with you.

More bags than you booked? We’ll send you a payment link to review and settle the additional balance.

A pile of stuff

Small stuff together.
Big items separately.

No extra charge just because it’s loose.

Do your best to bag or box the small items. Estimate how many trash bags the pile would fill, then book that quantity using Trash bag.

See a chair, appliance or another larger item in the pile? Select it separately from the catalog. Leave it out of your bag estimate so it isn’t counted twice.

The right items. The right pickup.

Know what you’re adding.

A few common combinations,
with the guesswork taken out.

A mattress, box spring and bed frame, separated vertically to show each part.

Mattress · Box spring · Bed frame

A whole bed. Separate parts.

Only the mattress going? Choose its size. Frame or box spring too? Add just the parts you need removed.

Choose your bed items
A washer and a dryer side by side as two distinct appliances.

1 washer + 1 dryer = 2 items

A laundry pair? That’s two.

Choose Washing machine and Dryer separately. Each appliance has its own place in your pickup.

Choose your appliances

And the little things?

Empty cardboard or a box of things?

Choose Empty cardboard box for each loose empty box, or 10 flattened cardboard boxes for a tied ten-box bundle. Compacted bales have separate weight-based choices and require loading-dock access. Choose Filled household box for a packed box of small household things. A larger stack, cut-up cardboard or an uncertain count? Text a photo so we can help you count it.

What about books, toys, clothes and bedding?

Pack books in a Filled household box. Choose Box of toys for packed toys, or Bag of clothes & bedding for bagged clothing, linens, pillows and shoes. Count the containers, not every object inside.

Does a storage bin include its contents?

Storage bin covers the empty container itself. If the contents are going too, send a photo so we can confirm what to add. A hamper and a bag of clothing are also separate choices.

Pickup preparation

Before you
bring it out.

Taking it apart? Still connected? Here’s what to check before pickup.

Ask about your item
Does it have to be disassembled?

Have your items outside and accessible before pickup. If getting an item out means taking it apart, plan that before pickup. For a large frame, desk or playset, text us a photo to confirm how it should be prepared. Do not assume on-site dismantling is included.

It’s already in pieces. What should I choose?

Tell us what the pieces came from and send a photo of everything that needs to go. We’ll help identify the right catalog option instead of asking you to guess a price for each board or loose part.

What if it’s broken, stained or no longer working?

Tell us about its condition when asking about an item. For exposed sharp parts, contamination, pests or anything that could need special handling, check with us before booking. A catalog picture shows the item type, not approval of every condition.

Do I need to wrap a mattress or disconnect an appliance?

Check with us about preparation for your item before pickup. Let us know if an appliance is still connected or installed, or if a mattress needs special handling. Standard pickup starts with outside-accessible items; it is not an installation-removal service.

Outside and accessible

Not necessarily
at the curb.

A driveway, side of the house, permitted dumpster area or apartment loading area can work. Just keep a clear path to the items.

They don’t need to be outside when you book.

See when to put your items outside
A dresser on an accessible driveway, away from the street.
Live in an apartment?

Use a permitted outside spot and keep shared access clear. If your building won’t let you leave items outside all day, tell us about the restriction so we can help coordinate.

Not sure what to select?

Send a photo of the items. We’ll help you find the right option.

A few useful answers

Before you book.

How the price works
What if I can’t find my exact item?

Try its everyday name in search, check the complete item guide, or text us a photo. Include everything you want removed and tell us about any unusual size or materials. We’ll help you find the right option; there is no need to start your whole pickup over.

Can you take a larger order?

Yes. Choose all the items that need to go. We match the vehicle and a team of one or two people to the job. If the order includes unusually heavy items or uncertain materials, check with us first.

Can I put heavy debris or any material in a trash bag?

Do not use the household bag estimate for heavy debris or unknown materials. Check with us about oversized bags, building materials, liquids, chemicals or anything that may need special handling before booking. A bag or a photo alone does not confirm acceptance.

Do my items need to be outside when I book?

No. Book first, then have your items outside and accessible before pickup. If your building limits when items can be outside, tell us so we can help coordinate.

Will you carry items out of my home?

Standard Dropcurb junk removal starts outside. You bring the items out; we handle loading, transport and disposal. If you need indoor carrying, this pickup is not the right fit.

Does a trash pickup include taking the can away?

A trash-bag selection covers the trash, not removal of the can itself. Count the bags, schedule your pickup, then add “Trash can pickup” under “Instructions for your hauler” on your confirmation page. If the can itself needs to go too, select Trash can separately from Home & other items.

What if there is more trash than I estimated?

If there are additional trash bags, we’ll send you a payment link to review and settle the additional balance. Larger items listed in the catalog should be selected separately, not included again in your bag estimate.

Can I book a whole bed?

Yes. Choose the mattress size and add the parts you want removed. A mattress, bed frame, box spring and adjustable base are separate items. The whole-bed helper in Beds & mattresses lets you choose the parts together.

Can you pick up today?

Book by 2pm in the pickup location’s local time for same-day Dropcurb pickup. Available dates appear during checkout. The cutoff is for booking, not an arrival appointment.

Can I send photos after I book?

Yes. Upload photos on your order confirmation page so our team can check the items. You can also add pickup instructions there. Before booking, text us a photo if you need help identifying something.

How do I check my price and service area?

Choose your items to see the price for your selection, including loading, transport and disposal. Enter the pickup address during booking to check service and available dates before payment.
