The local disposal guide
Bentonville bills curbside trash and recycling with the utility through Republic Services, and carts go to the curb by 6:30 a.m. with two carts provided to each residence. Large pieces are not part of the cart service: Republic takes one item per household per week when you email a request by Friday noon, and its published examples are couches, lamps, rugs and mattresses. Yard waste never goes in the trash cart and belongs at the city compost facility on Northwest A Street, and electronics go to the city's own recycling event in October or to a Benton County special waste drop-off site.
