Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

No published rate covers an exercise machine. Confirm the item and any current charge with Republic Services at Bulk401@RepublicServices.com or with the county district at (479) 795-0751 before it goes out.
When & how
Ask Republic Services whether the machine can go through the residential large item pickup, or ask the county district about a special waste drop-off, then set it out only for the confirmed week.
Get it ready
Break the machine down where you can, weigh and describe the heaviest pieces, keep it at the curb rather than in a cart, and remove any console or screen so electronics can be handled through the electronics route instead.
Trash and recycling are collected by Republic Services and all routes start at 6:30 a.m. Carts go within two feet of the curb or road edge with three feet of clearance on each side and the lid arrows facing the street, and carts come in at the end of the day. Large items have to be at the curb before the same 6:30 a.m. start on the pickup week you requested.
Large item collection is not automatic. Email Bulk401@RepublicServices.com with a separate request for each item, one item per household per week, and send it by Friday at noon for the following week. Requests that miss the deadline move to the next available week.
Use a permitted, accessible outdoor spot. Arrange the move out of your home, keep shared access clear and follow your confirmation’s readiness instructions. Check with your building about access or staging limits before booking.

Choose Exercise bike for one stationary bike, including spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes. Peloton and other brands use the same stationary-bike choice. A treadmill, walking pad and outdoor bicycle are different items, so select their matching options.
How do I book free weights, a weight rack or a bench?+
