Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

Exercise equipment appears in none of the city's published lists, and Litchfield Park has no municipal drop-off, so a treadmill or weight machine has to be confirmed rather than assumed. A bulk pickup is the city route if WM accepts the machine, and a machine WM will not take needs a private hauler.

No published rate or list covers an exercise machine, so call WM at (888) 964-9780 to confirm whether it can go out with a bulk pickup, which runs up to six times a year for each residence with no additional fee and three items an event. If WM will not take it, the route is a private hauler that sets its own price.

Remove any battery or console so it can be handled separately, keep the machine off the curb until WM confirms it, and keep it out of both carts.
Two carts, one weekly schedule, and a strict placement rule
Refuse and recycling carts are serviced weekly, and both go to the curb by 6 a.m. with the wheels facing the house the night before the collection day. Keep the carts at least three feet from parked cars, mailboxes and other obstacles, and bring them in after collection. A service day that falls on or after an annual holiday might be delayed by one day, which is confirmed at wm.com.
Bulk pickup runs on the last Thursday of the month
A residence can schedule up to six bulk pickups a year with no additional fee, and each collection is limited to three items. The pickups happen on the last Thursday of each month, except in November, when the collection moves to the Thursday before Thanksgiving, and the pickup is booked online through a My WM account. Extra items, or more than six pickups in a year, can be arranged for a fee.

Choose Exercise bike for one stationary bike, including spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes. Peloton and other brands use the same stationary-bike choice. A treadmill, walking pad and outdoor bicycle are different items, so select their matching options.
How do I book free weights, a weight rack or a bench?+
Enter the combined weight in pounds for your dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Booking rounds that total up to the next 10 lb unit: 25 lb uses three units. Stands, racks and benches are separate items and do not include the loose weights. Add each one that is going.
