Prepare the old TV for removal
Choose the item category that matches the television. A tube TV has a deep, heavy body; it is different from a flat-panel TV. If you use an outdoor pickup service, move the TV outside before pickup and place it somewhere accessible. You can arrange the pickup first, but the item must be outside and accessible when the pickup occurs.

Separate delivery setup from old-TV removal
Costco’s TV delivery and basic setup do not include taking away the old television. Removing the delivery carton also does not remove the old TV, so plan those as separate tasks.

Where Dropcurb fits
For accepted unwanted TVs already outside and accessible, Dropcurb handles loading, transport and disposal. Select the correct flat-panel or tube-TV item, check your item price, and arrange pickup after confirming the TV can be ready outdoors. If you need someone to carry the TV out from indoors, use a service that includes indoor carrying.
