City cost & eligibility
The City states that no construction material is accepted at community dump days, and project debris is not part of the weekly cart service or the bulky item entitlement. CR&R provides a three cubic yard clean-up bin, a ten cubic yard concrete and asphalt box and a larger construction and demolition box by arrangement at published rates, and those amounts sit in their own options.
