Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches

Get it ready
Group the items in one 6 foot by 6 foot by 6 foot area in the street next to the curb, and keep them off the sidewalk, driveway and private property. Group everything in one 6 foot by 6 foot by 6 foot area in the street next to the curb and keep it off the sidewalk, driveway and private property. The pile can go out no more than 24 hours before the appointment and has to be out by 5:45 a.m. on the collection day. Bag, box or bundle the small material, since loose items are refused, and keep the load to two appliances or large items with nothing over 150 pounds.
Yard trimmings, plant debris and yard waste go out with the bulky collection, with trimmings no larger than 12 inches in diameter and 4 feet in length, bagged, boxed or tied in bundles. Palm fronds cannot be composted or chipped, so the city runs a separate pilot: an additional bulky pickup that does not count against the two annual collections, bundled and no larger than 6 feet by 6 feet by 6 feet and not out earlier than the night before, or a free self-haul to the transfer station under the City of Fremont Palm Frond Program with proof of residency. A load mixed with trash is charged the posted rates.
Request a debris box from Republic Services for all the material, or have the contractor haul it in its own vehicle to an approved recycling facility. Debris boxes come in sizes from 6 cubic yards to 40 cubic yards, and the hauler charges for the box and for material beyond the set-out allowance. A permitted project also has to keep the documentation, receipts and waste tracking records the city's construction recycling requirements call for.
