Match your item

Construction cleanup starts with the right items.

We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.

Doors

Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.

Toilets

Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.

Bathroom vanities

Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

  1. Arrange the removal work

Have the fixture safely detached and any plumbing or electrical connections handled by an appropriate professional. We do not remove installed fixtures or perform demolition.

  2. Keep the booked items separate

Have the fixtures empty and ready at ground level. Keep them apart from rubble, loose renovation materials, tools and anything you want to keep.

  3. Show the outdoor handoff

Use a permitted outdoor spot with a clear path. Add a location photo and notes on your order page so the right entrance and the right items are easy to identify.

Construction and demolition material

Not on the regular city route

The Village refuses construction and landscaping material across its programs: concrete and asphalt, roofing and siding, fences and decks, drywall, sod, soil, mulch, bark, rock and pavers are all unacceptable on the large item pickup, nothing may come from a project requiring a building permit except non-contractor plumbing, mechanical and electrical work, and commercial or contractor waste is barred outright.

City cost & eligibility
No municipal rate covers construction or demolition material, because the Village refuses it on every route it publishes and names no drop-off. A private container or hauling company quotes its own price.
When & how
Arrange a private container or hauling company, since the large item pickup, the appliance and electronics pickup and the weekly carts all refuse this material.
Get it ready
Keep concrete, asphalt, roofing, siding, fencing, decking, drywall and landscaping material out of every set out, and keep a contractor's debris out of the residential programs entirely.

The handoff matters

Right item.
Right place.

A long refused list applies to every Village pickup

Recyclable material including cardboard boxes, commercial or contractor waste, concrete and asphalt, roofing and siding, fences and decks, drywall, landscaping material such as sod, soil, mulch, bark, rock and pavers, tires, anything longer than ten feet, and items generated from a project requiring a building permit apart from non-contractor plumbing, mechanical and electrical work are all unacceptable on the large item pickup. Waste or debris generated from paid services is not collected either.

With a new purchase

Taking it somewhere yourself?

Greenwood Village works by appointment rather than by drop-off, so there is no Village yard or transfer station with published hours. The large item pickup covers odd-sized and heavy household items such as furniture, mattresses and box springs, rugs, hot water heaters and branches cut to ten feet or less, and it is arranged by calling Public Works at 303-708-6100; the same number schedules the Village's appliance and electronic waste pickup, which names stoves and ovens, refrigerators, electronic exercise equipment, flat screen televisions, computers and gaming systems. Household hazardous waste such as paint, house and yard chemicals, automotive products, propane tanks and sharps is collected through the contracted At Your Door Special Collection service at 800-449-7587 and cannot go in the trash or the large item pile. Weekly trash and recycling are collected by Waste Connections for eligible residential properties with containers at the curb by 7 a.m., and every Village route refuses construction and demolition debris, concrete and asphalt, roofing, siding, fencing, decking, drywall, landscaping material, tires, anything longer than ten feet and any debris generated by a paid service, so those loads need a private container. Before you book

A few things
worth knowing.

Construction debris removal, from choosing your item to pickup day in Greenwood Village.

How much does construction debris removal cost in Greenwood Village?

Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Select the listed items to see the exact combined price. These prices do not cover mixed rubble or loose building materials. Loading, transportation and disposal are included; applicable sales tax appears before payment.

Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Greenwood Village?

Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.

Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?

The fixture must already be detached, disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange plumbing, electrical work, removal from walls or hinges, and indoor carrying before pickup. Dropcurb handles loading and haul-away from your outdoor pickup spot.

Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?

Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.

Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?

Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.

Does Greenwood Village collect construction debris?

No. The large item pickup refuses concrete and asphalt, roofing and siding, fences and decks, drywall and landscaping material including sod, soil, mulch, bark, rock and pavers, and it refuses anything generated from a project requiring a building permit apart from non-contractor plumbing, mechanical and electrical work. Commercial and contractor waste is barred as well, so a project needs a private container.Official guidance
