An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches

When & how
Take a treadmill to the Front Range Landfill in Erie, open Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., and confirm any other machine with the landfill office or the licensed hauler on your account before loading it.
Get it ready
Remove the console or computer before the trip, because the landfill names a treadmill without its computer and electronic parts travel by their own route. Break a machine down only where it can be handled safely, and tarp the load so it is not charged double.
The Front Range Landfill in Erie is the public site used here for self-haul loads, open Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., closed Sundays. Every vehicle weighs in and out on certified scales, a car load and a pickup load are charged flat rates that rise when the waste sits above the top of the cab, and wood, concrete, drywall, siding and dirt are charged by the ton with a minimum. Loads must be covered, tarped and secured or they are charged double, and anyone who gets out of a vehicle needs a reflective safety vest.

Adams County licenses every company that collects solid waste in unincorporated Adams County and requires curbside recycling to be available, but it publishes no bulky item programme and no rate. Confirm the item, the limit and the charge with the company that collects your carts.

The county licence is not a service promise, so only some haulers offer bulky collection and the item lists and prices vary. Anything a hauler declines still has to move through a self-haul trip to a landfill or through the county drop-off routes.
