Bulk items and containers sit at least five feet from other containers, trees, utility poles, mailboxes and any other obstacle. Anything placed under a utility line, a tree or a limb is not collected, and vegetation cannot sit next to a mailbox, utility pole or sprinkler head or further than six feet from the paved edge of the street.
The City refuses bulk items that are not separated from vegetation, and refused waste has to come off the swale within 12 hours of a violation notice, with the clean load collected on the next scheduled day unless the household books the Pay for Pickup option.
