We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.
Doors
Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.
Toilets
Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.
Bathroom vanities
Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

County bulky service lists cabinets, sinks, bathtubs, lumber, drywall, tile and other construction materials, limited to three cubic yards.
City cost & eligibility
The annual county waste assessment covers the household bulky allowance. Ask 311 to verify your account and remaining pickups; excess service has a separate county charge.
When & how
Schedule through Miami-Dade 311 before set-out. Eligible households have two pickups per calendar year, up to 25 cubic yards each. The appointment calendar opens 30 days ahead; choose an available date rather than assuming a fixed wait.
Get it ready
Describe the material and origin to 311 before booking. Keep each item within 150 pounds. Rock, dirt, sand and fiberglass insulation are excluded.
Place approved bulky items out no more than three days before the appointment and by 7 a.m. that day. Keep the pile within 10 feet of the street, at least five feet from obstacles, and leave at least 15 feet of overhead clearance.
An apartment or shared dumpster does not automatically include county bulky appointments. Ask the building manager which provider and set-out area apply, and confirm gate access and association instructions before moving the item. Keep the county clearance requirements when using its appointment service.
Use a permitted, accessible outdoor spot. Arrange the move out of your home, keep shared access clear and follow your confirmation’s readiness instructions. Check with your building about access or staging limits before booking.

The address must qualify. Each item is limited to 150 pounds; electronics and other listed exclusions need a different route.

Cost & conditions
$32 per cubic yard of excess curbside trash under the published county schedule effective October 1, 2025. County-approved excess service; obtain the total and current rate from 311 before authorizing collection.

Contact 311. The property owner must sign the Excess Yardage Approval form before excess removal.
County acceptance, item weight and material limits still apply. This paid service is separate from the included annual bulky allowance.

How much does construction debris removal cost in Country Club?+
Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Select the listed items to see the exact combined price. These prices do not cover mixed rubble or loose building materials. Loading, transportation and disposal are included; applicable sales tax appears before payment.
Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Country Club?+
Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.
Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?+
The fixture must already be detached, disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange plumbing, electrical work, removal from walls or hinges, and indoor carrying before pickup. Dropcurb handles loading and haul-away from your outdoor pickup spot.
Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?+
Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.
Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?+
Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.
Can renovation debris join the bulky pickup?+

Where can reusable furniture from Country Club be donated?+
The Caring Place accepts listed sofas, dining sets and other reusable items at its Miami thrift store. Call 1-800-817-4673 to approve the item and confirm a drop-off or pickup arrangement.
