Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

Use the city's weekly collection
A city household with up to four cubic yards of large household items, up to ten cubic yards of yard waste or a white good for the weekly routes.
Cost & conditions
No charge. The bulky item pickup, the yard waste pickup and the white good removal all run weekly and are part of the mandatory residential solid waste service billed through the city utility account.
Arrange it
Put everything out the night before or by 6:30 a.m. on the collection day with the piles separated, and call the Solid Waste Division at 239-321-8050 with any question about the route.
Four cubic yards per bulky pickup, ten cubic yards of yard waste per week with an additional fee above that, and no household chemicals or electronics, which go to Lee County instead.
