Answer sources: Phoenix additional container request
Choose the right request
An additional cart is different from replacing a damaged or missing cart. Phoenix provides separate request paths for additional containers, repair or replacement, missing containers and size exchanges. Start with the provider serving your address, then have the account holder or authorized building contact submit the request with the service address.
For an extra cart, ask about the recurring charge and delivery window before submitting. For a one-time overflow, consider arranging removal of the accepted items instead of changing your regular cart service.
If you are opening service at a new address, use the new-home trash-service setup checklist before requesting an extra cart.
