How to get rid of an elliptical machine

If you offer the machine for resale, describe its condition accurately and include the complete elliptical rather than treating the handles, pedals and base as separate loose weights.

Measure the route, arrange enough helpers and use appropriate moving equipment before attempting to move the machine. Remove only manufacturer-detachable pieces where possible, and protect and secure the machine during movement.
