How to complete the move-out
- 1.Check your rental agreement and confirm the required notice with the Public Storage manager.
- 2.Remove everything from the unit, sweep and clean it, and remove the lock.
- 3.Ask whether the facility permits an outdoor staging location for accepted items and arrange access. Do not leave belongings outside without approval.
- 4.If you need help carrying items out or disassembling them inside the unit, arrange indoor labor separately. Dropcurb’s standard pickup begins after accepted items are outside and accessible; you can book before staging them.
If carrying the contents outside is the obstacle, compare indoor carry-out and outdoor pickup scope before choosing help.

Where Dropcurb fits
Dropcurb is a fit for accepted leftovers such as a standard sofa or trash bags when they can be placed outside and kept accessible. For accepted leftovers already outside, Dropcurb handles loading, transport and disposal. For a storage unit, get facility-manager permission for an outdoor staging location and arrange access; Dropcurb does not empty the indoor unit. If you need indoor carrying, use a service that includes that labor.
