Get an offer for your actual lot
Count the pallets, measure their footprint and photograph their condition. Include that information in the seller inquiry. Ask the facility about damaged pieces and whether the proposed price assumes delivery or collection.
If the buyer will not take the lot, review pallet pickup requirements before arranging removal.

Confirm ownership and the handoff
Offer only pallets you own or are authorized to sell. Agree on which pieces are included, who transports them and when the handoff will happen. Do not assume a buyer’s collection service includes unrelated rubbish beside the stack.
