Get an offer for your actual lot
Send photos of the whole lot and examples of damaged pallets. Ask which sizes and conditions the buyer currently needs. A repairable pallet may have a different outcome from broken loose wood, so keep those categories separate.

Confirm ownership and the handoff
Offer only pallets you own or are authorized to sell. Agree on which pieces are included, who transports them and when the handoff will happen. Do not assume a buyer’s collection service includes unrelated rubbish beside the stack.
