An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches

When & how
Take the machine to 2186 Orchard Drive East, open Monday through Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and pay at delivery. There is no curbside exercise equipment pickup.
Get it ready
Strip the machine down as far as it will go, take the console off the frame, and keep any battery pack out of the load or hand it in separately with the terminals taped. Keep the machine out of both carts and tie it down for the drive.
Twin Falls publishes no large item curbside pickup
The residential programme is a cart service. Household trash goes in the blue cart supplied to each occupied residence, recycling goes out every other week in the orange lid cart on the same day, and the city adds a published allowance for extra bags under 35 pounds each and for tied bundles shorter than three feet, six bundles a week at most. Nothing in the city's accepted and unaccepted lists names a couch, a mattress or an appliance for curbside collection, so a large piece is a trip rather than a pickup day.
