Match the dresser’s overall size. Add a separate dresser mirror as its own item if it is leaving too. Empty drawers and keep the belongings you want before moving the dresser outside.
Desks and bookshelves
Choose by construction, not height alone. A basic desk is different from a heavy desk with a substantial body. A tall, lightweight bookcase can still be a standard bookshelf. Empty it first.

No charge. Bulky items such as chairs, sofas and other bulky household pieces are collected on request under the city sanitation service, which is funded by the monthly solid waste fee on the combined utility bill, and the city publishes no separate fee for a bulky item pickup.

Get it ready
Keep the piece out of the roll carts, keep it clear of the sidewalk and the carts, and leave carts at least five feet from obstacles and within two feet of the curb edge.
The collection service is funded by a monthly solid waste fee
Instead of charging at the curb, the city bills a monthly solid waste fee on the combined utility bill, which also carries water, stormwater and sewer and arrives every other month, and residential recycling carries no separate fee. Each additional roll cart carries its own monthly charge.

Yes. Add each piece and its quantity to one booking. A dining table and four chairs are five items; a separate mirror is not included with a dresser. You can mix eligible items from different rooms and review their combined total before paying.
Do I need to take furniture apart before pickup?+
You arrange any disassembly needed to move the furniture out of your home and into an accessible outdoor pickup spot. Dropcurb does not provide indoor disassembly or carrying. If you are unsure which catalog choice matches a dismantled or unusual piece, send a photo and ask before booking.
