The recycling center at 500 Bushkill Drive takes recyclables, leaves and limited brush on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, and the City ordinance requires leaf waste to stay out of the regular trash. Bulk items ride the weekly collection one at a time with mattress wrapping and refrigerant tagging requirements. Tires and scrap metal are outside the curbside program: the City publishes a county scrap yard list that includes a location in Easton, and it publishes no city tire route, so both should be confirmed with the yard, a retailer or Public Works before the load moves.
