Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

When & how

Get it ready
Cut tree limbs and branches into approximately six foot lengths and stack them neatly, and put grass clippings in large bags designed for heavier yard waste. Separate garbage, household junk, yard debris and leaves before setting them out. Tires on rims, car parts, building materials, dirt, rock and contractor material are not collected.
City issued roll out containers go to the curb no earlier than noon on the day before collection and come back in by midnight of the collection day. The container has to be in plain view from the street, within three feet of the curb and at least two feet from other containers, mailboxes, utility poles and vehicles, and it must not block the sidewalk.
The city collects several kinds of solid waste on the collection day and asks residents to separate garbage, household junk, yard debris and leaves before setting them out. Household junk and bulk items sit at the curb as their own pile rather than inside the container.
Broken glass, fluorescent and television tubes, light bulbs, needles and sharp pieces of metal must not be placed in a container unless they are securely wrapped and marked so the crew cannot be injured. Garbage itself has to be drained of liquid, wrapped, bagged and put in the container.

How do I book free weights, a weight rack or a bench?+
