Match your item

Construction cleanup starts with the right items.

We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.

Doors

Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.

Toilets

Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.

Bathroom vanities

Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

Construction and remodeling debris

Special rules apply

Franklin collects no construction debris, but county convenience centers accept residential construction and demolition waste within a daily limit and the landfill takes it by weight.

City cost & eligibility
No city construction charge exists. The county landfill publishes a Class III/IV construction and demolition rate of $75 per ton alongside $40 per ton for brush and $75 per ton for Class I household garbage, with a 2.5% card fee, but the same page also carries a notice that free disposal ended on May 4, 2026 while the resident section still describes five free tons a year, so confirm the load and the current terms on (615) 790-0742.
When & how
Take a small residential load to a county convenience center during its posted hours, or a larger load to the landfill Monday to Friday before the 3:15 p.m. last check-in, and confirm the free-disposal question before you go.
Get it ready
Convenience centers take county residents from their primary residence only, one trip a day and about three cubic yards, with no commercial loads and no loads from rental property, which counts as commercial. Keep brush cut to three feet or less for a convenience center, and separate construction material from household garbage.

Construction waste, mattresses and electronics have county routes

Franklin collects no construction debris, so a residential load goes to a Williamson County convenience center within the daily limit or to the landfill on Pinewood Road by weight. Mattresses and box springs are recycled at the Nolensville, Grassland or Landfill convenience center for a published per-piece fee, card only, and electronics go to the city's BOPAE drop-off or one of the five free county eWaste stations.

Taking it somewhere yourself?

Franklin residents have a city route and a county route. The city's BOPAE drop-off at 417 Century Court takes batteries, motor oil, oil-based paint, antifreeze, electronics and small appliances on weekdays and the first Saturday morning of each month, and the city collects booked bulky items on Tuesdays and white goods on Thursdays. For everything the city will not take, Williamson County runs ten convenience centers that accept residential household garbage, brush and construction and demolition waste from county residents within a three cubic yard daily limit, three of them recycle mattresses and box springs through the Spring Back programme for a per-piece card payment, and five carry free eWaste stations. Larger loads go to the county landfill on Pinewood Road, where construction material is charged by weight and the last check-in is 3:15 p.m. BOPAE drop-off for batteries, oil, paint, antifreeze and electronicsBulky items and white goods collectionWilliamson County convenience center locations and accepted materialSpring Back mattress and box spring recycling programmeCity eWaste electronics drop-off stationsWilliamson County Landfill hours, rates and limits

Before you book

A few things
worth knowing.

Construction debris removal, from choosing your item to pickup day in Franklin.

How much does construction debris removal cost in Franklin?

Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Select the listed items to see the exact combined price. These prices do not cover mixed rubble or loose building materials. Loading, transportation and disposal are included; applicable sales tax appears before payment.

Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Franklin?

Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.

Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?

The fixture must already be detached, disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange plumbing, electrical work, removal from walls or hinges, and indoor carrying before pickup. Dropcurb handles loading and haul-away from your outdoor pickup spot.

Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?

Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.

Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?

Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.

Where does construction debris go in Franklin?

Not to the city, which collects none of it. Williamson County convenience centers accept residential construction and demolition waste from county residents within the daily limit, and the landfill on Pinewood Road charges the Class III/IV rate by weight, with a last check-in at 3:15 p.m. Confirm the current free-disposal terms before hauling a load.Official guidance
