Place approved items at the curb in front of your home by 6am on the scheduled day. Keep sidewalks and traffic clear and leave at least five feet from carts, mailboxes, walls, meters, parked cars, trees and other obstructions.
Use a permitted, accessible outdoor spot. Arrange the move out of your home, keep shared access clear and follow your confirmation’s readiness instructions. Check with your building about access or staging limits before booking.
Ask ESD to confirm the exact household appliance and any cooling-system preparation before hauling.
El Paso residents only; no businesses or contractors. Request a pass and bring a current water bill plus ID with a matching address. Limit four visits per month; trailers must be single-axle and no longer than eight feet. No construction or demolition waste. Can you take a washing machine and dryer in one pickup?+
Yes. Add one Washing machine and one Dryer so both units are included in the price. They are separate items, even when you bought them as a set. If yours is a single combined unit or the machines still need to be unstacked, contact us before booking to confirm the scope.
Will you disconnect my appliance or carry it out?+
Dropcurb picks up appliances that are already disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange uninstallation, utility disconnection and indoor carrying before pickup. Use a qualified professional for gas, hardwired or plumbing connections when needed. We handle loading and haul-away from the outdoor pickup spot.
Can I book if the delivery company did not take my old appliance?+
Yes. Dropcurb pickup is separate from buying or installing a replacement, so you can book removal on its own. Select the old appliance, choose a pickup day and arrange for it to be disconnected and accessible outside. If your new delivery is still ahead, confirm the retailer’s haul-away arrangements before booking a separate pickup.
Does emptying a refrigerator make it ready for special collection?+
