Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

Get it ready
Break the machine down so each part stays under 200 pounds, keep loose weights with the frame so the crew can handle the load, and keep the whole set inside the four cubic yard allowance. Remove any battery, because batteries are refused in the bulk set-out.
Residents may place four cubic yards of bulk waste at the curb once a month with the waste and recycling carts, following the city's set-out week map.
