Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

When & how
Call (361) 485-3220 first, and if the machine is accepted add it to a booked bulky collection and put it out within forty eight hours of the confirmed date.
Get it ready
Break the machine down as far as it comes apart so it fits the six cubic yard allowance comfortably, remove any console or battery so the electronics can go through the at-your-door service instead, and keep the frame out of the gray garbage cart.
Book the bulky collection before the pile goes out
A bulky item collection is scheduled online or by calling (361) 485-3220, and nothing should go to the curb until the collection date is confirmed. Under the city code, bulky items may not sit at the curb more than forty eight hours before collection, and items left longer can be tagged with the address referred to code enforcement, which opens a case. Each household gets two six cubic yard collections a year at no additional charge.

Book a bulky item collection
A Victoria household with furniture, a mattress, an appliance, up to two cubic yards of minor construction debris, large miscellaneous items or up to four tires off the rim.
Cost & conditions
From $20 for service charge for a third or later bulky collection in a year, plus a per minute charge on the part of any collection that exceeds six cubic yards, with the first two collections of up to six cubic yards each year included at no additional charge and every charge billed on the next water bill. City of Victoria residential addresses that are billed for service; vacant lots and unoccupied homes that are not billed are not eligible.

Hazardous waste cannot be included, construction debris is capped at two cubic yards of non-toxic asbestos-free material, tires are limited to four and must be off the rim, an appliance holding refrigerant needs a professional removal sticker visible on the unit, and a pile left out longer than forty eight hours can be tagged and referred to code enforcement.

Which option covers a Peloton, spin bike or recumbent bike?+
Choose Exercise bike for one stationary bike, including spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes. Peloton and other brands use the same stationary-bike choice. A treadmill, walking pad and outdoor bicycle are different items, so select their matching options.
How do I book free weights, a weight rack or a bench?+
Enter the combined weight in pounds for your dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Booking rounds that total up to the next 10 lb unit: 25 lb uses three units. Stands, racks and benches are separate items and do not include the loose weights. Add each one that is going.
