Individual stickers cover 13 gallon bags up to 25 pounds and 32 gallon bags up to 50 pounds, while annual decals run from 32 gallon with a 50 pound cap to 96 gallon with a 150 pound cap. A decal bears the address it was bought for, a transfer costs 5 dollars and a replacement costs 5 dollars.
Trash and recycling are not collected on Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Year's Day. The service resumes on the next working day and runs a day behind for the rest of the week including Saturday, so a Friday route that week is collected on Saturday.

Curbside recycling is free to customers who also use the city trash service, the city supplies the rolling cart, and collection runs every other week on the same day as trash. Carts come in three sizes with 95 gallon as the default and can be requested, exchanged or returned through the city's online form, and the authority's McIntire center takes extra source separated material.
