Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

Get it ready
Describe the exact machine when you request the pickup and again at the station, because a treadmill, weight bench or home gym is bulky household waste on one route and metal equipment to another. Keep the pile within the weekly size limit and out of the automated cart.
Request the collection before anything goes out, keep household items in a pile separate from yard debris, and stay inside one 4-foot by 4-foot by 10-foot household stack per week. Tape glass surfaces, remove refrigerator and freezer doors, and leave small debris that fits a bag to the resident after the truck has passed.
Bring proof of residency and a personal vehicle or a trailer up to 12 feet with no tools or equipment. Loose yard waste has to be bagged, rigid items must be no longer than 6 feet and 6 inches in diameter, and the load is screened for unauthorized waste at the station.

Proof of residency is required and later visits are billed by weight. Loose yard waste must be bagged, rigid items must be no longer than 6 feet and 6 inches in diameter, and box trucks, cargo vans, marked vehicles and trailers over 12 feet are treated as commercial.
A home gym, treadmill or weight bench delivered as ordinary household waste at the station's residential window.
Describe the machine at the scale, because heavy metal equipment may be routed to the Regional Landfill as scrap metal instead. Choose Exercise bike for one stationary bike, including spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes. Peloton and other brands use the same stationary-bike choice. A treadmill, walking pad and outdoor bicycle are different items, so select their matching options.
