$35 per refrigerant appliance, in addition to the pile charge. Henrico contracted program: $67 approved pile plus $35 per cooling appliance. One qualifying pile with one refrigerator totals $102 before any other item charges.

Book the available provider date. Collection runs 7am-7pm with no time window; put approved items at the curb by 7am. The program does not publish a guaranteed number of days to an appointment.

Can I book if the delivery company did not take my old appliance?+
Yes. Dropcurb pickup is separate from buying or installing a replacement, so you can book removal on its own. Select the old appliance, choose a pickup day and arrange for it to be disconnected and accessible outside. If your new delivery is still ahead, confirm the retailer’s haul-away arrangements before booking a separate pickup.
Can the contracted program take a refrigerator?+
