Furniture, mattresses, listed household-project trash, eligible yard material, scrap metal and listed noncooling appliances.
Household use only; no business or contractor materials. Bring current picture ID and address proof when needed. City-origin project trash and yard material require City residency; county residents may bring eligible recyclables. Maximum vehicle size is a twenty-six-foot moving truck. Nonresident City landlords must call ahead for permission. No weekly garbage, concrete, shingles or tires. Confirm cooling equipment and electronics event arrangements.
April-November: Wednesday 11 a.m.-7 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m.-4 p.m.; December-March: Saturday 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Check holiday and weather closures.

Can I book a pickup for today?+
Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Choose from the dates shown at checkout. Your booking is for a pickup day, and we text you when your hauler is on the way.
Do my items need to be outside when I book?+
You can book while your items are still inside. Arrange any indoor carrying and have everything outside and accessible according to your confirmation. We load and haul it away from there. Contact us before booking if your property has restricted access.
How can I dispose of a couch or mattress?+
Arrange Johns Disposal collection if your property qualifies, or take it to the City Drop-Off Center during regular hours. The center applies its household-trash load charge.Official guidance
