Eligible residential household material only; no contractor material, contractor vehicles, commercial properties or businesses. Confirm residency documentation, permits and unloading before travel. Staff determines each load category.
Posted household-debris and brush drop-off bands are $15 for 1–3 cubic yards, $30 for 3–6 and $50 for 6–8. Staff classifies loads; devices and tires have separate charges. Eligible yard material and scrap metal are listed without charge. Confirm payment terms.

Will you carry my couch out of my apartment?+
Dropcurb starts outside. Arrange for the sofa to be moved through the apartment and down interior stairs before pickup. We load and haul it away from an accessible outdoor spot. Arrange any dismantling needed to get it outside beforehand.
Do I need to wait at home for couch pickup?+
You do not need to be home when your booked sofa is outside and accessible. Add photos and pickup-location notes to your order so the right pieces are easy to identify. We send updates and completion photos. Confirm any building access restrictions with us before booking.
Can I set out a couch with regular garbage?+
Confirm its weight and dimensions first. Bulky furniture can exceed the regular limits and require paid special collection. Commercial, mixed-use and buildings with four or more living units do not receive this City collection.Official guidance
