Schedule the bulk pickup ahead of time, or bring the mattress to the Transfer Station Monday through Friday 7am to 2:30pm or Saturday 7am to 10:30am.

Keep the mattress dry and out of the refuse and recycling containers. City pricing at the Transfer Station requires proof of residency.
Bring proof of residency for city pricing. The Transfer Station is open Monday through Friday 7am to 2:30pm and Saturday 7am to 10:30am and refuses concrete, asphalt, shingles, yard waste and household hazardous waste, while the Landfill is open weekdays 9am to 4pm and assesses weight-based fees.
Use a permitted, accessible outdoor spot. Arrange the move out of your home, keep shared access clear and follow your confirmation’s readiness instructions. Check with your building about access or staging limits before booking.
