Will the city take it?
Request a bulk pickup date from Waste Connections before setting items out. Eligible city customers can also use the community yard or arrange a city roll-off bin, each with a different accepted-item list.
Bag and tie household refuse. Put the cart out the night before or by 6 a.m.; leave four feet between trash and recycling carts and five feet from vehicles or obstacles.
Use a permitted, accessible outdoor spot. Arrange the move out of your home, keep shared access clear and follow your confirmation’s readiness instructions. Check with your building about access or staging limits before booking.

$75 per city roll-off. City resident current on sewer and trash, completed agreement and accepted contents.

No construction material, household garbage, hazardous waste, tires or listed heavy items. Confirm each piece and keep the load within the approved bin.

City residential customers current on sewer and trash only. Bring photo ID and current sewer/trash bill; a third-party load requires the city's affidavit. Loads are inspected. One eligible monthly dump may have no additional charge, depending on trailer size. Repeat visits and other load sizes follow the city schedule; confirm the exact load first.

Can I book a pickup for today?+
Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Choose from the dates shown at checkout. Your booking is for a pickup day, and we text you when your hauler is on the way.
Do my items need to be outside when I book?+
You can book while your items are still inside. Arrange any indoor carrying and have everything outside and accessible according to your confirmation. We load and haul it away from there. Contact us before booking if your property has restricted access.
Will furniture be collected automatically?+
