City cost & eligibility
No charge. Single homes with City 90-gallon service, for approved non-refrigerant appliances or TVs during their bulk week after advance booking. Apartment complexes are excluded; outside-week pickup is paid.

Get it ready
Maximum two large appliances per pickup. Units without wheels may weigh no more than 50 pounds; confirm the exact appliance.
Set approved appliances or TVs out no earlier than 24 hours before the appointment and by 6 a.m. on the scheduled day. Cancellation requires two business days' notice.
Use a permitted, accessible outdoor spot. Arrange the move out of your home, keep shared access clear and follow your confirmation’s readiness instructions. Check with your building about access or staging limits before booking.
Washers, dryers, water heaters and cooling units containing less than five pounds of refrigerant.
For the City waiver, bring an itemized City 90-gallon trash-service bill less than 90 days old, ID and current address proof. Material must originate at your home, not contract work. Empty cooling units and tape or tie doors shut, or remove them. Confirm larger/commercial units separately. Secure the load, wear closed footwear, keep children and pets inside the vehicle, and follow staff unloading directions. Commercial haulers need required reflective vest, safety shoes and hard hat.
Monday-Friday 7 a.m.-4:30 p.m., last load 4:15 p.m.; Saturday 7 a.m.-4 p.m., last load 3:45 p.m. Closed Sundays and city holidays.
No charge. Qualifying City 90-gallon accounts with the required current bill, ID and address proof for household appliances and eligible cooling units. Other County users pay $8.74 per standard appliance or $28.74 per cooling unit containing less than five pounds of refrigerant. Confirm larger units separately.

Can you take a washing machine and dryer in one pickup?+
Yes. Add one Washing machine and one Dryer so both units are included in the price. They are separate items, even when you bought them as a set. If yours is a single combined unit or the machines still need to be unstacked, contact us before booking to confirm the scope.
Will you disconnect my appliance or carry it out?+
Dropcurb picks up appliances that are already disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange uninstallation, utility disconnection and indoor carrying before pickup. Use a qualified professional for gas, hardwired or plumbing connections when needed. We handle loading and haul-away from the outdoor pickup spot.
Can I book if the delivery company did not take my old appliance?+
Yes. Dropcurb pickup is separate from buying or installing a replacement, so you can book removal on its own. Select the old appliance, choose a pickup day and arrange for it to be disconnected and accessible outside. If your new delivery is still ahead, confirm the retailer’s haul-away arrangements before booking a separate pickup.
