Set approved appliances or TVs out no earlier than 24 hours before the appointment and by 6 a.m. on the scheduled day. Cancellation requires two business days' notice.

The waiver applies only below one ton and excludes construction, wood, landscaping and inert material. Secure the load, wear closed footwear, keep children and pets inside the vehicle, and follow staff unloading directions. Commercial haulers need required reflective vest, safety shoes and hard hat.

Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Choose from the dates shown at checkout. Your booking is for a pickup day, and we text you when your hauler is on the way.
Do my items need to be outside when I book?+
You can book while your items are still inside. Arrange any indoor carrying and have everything outside and accessible according to your confirmation. We load and haul it away from there. Contact us before booking if your property has restricted access.
Can a queen mattress go in the bulk pile?+
