Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

When & how
Confirm the piece, then set it out on the address monthly bulk day, no earlier than seven days before and no later than 6:00 a.m. on the collection day.
Get it ready
Keep the machine at or under five cubic yards unless the city confirms the exception, and make sure the load is safe for two employees to lift without breaking. Keep it clear of driveways, sidewalks and utility boxes.
Put the pile in the street next to the curb, parallel to the street and in front of your property, clear of driveways, sidewalks, utility boxes, mailboxes, meters and landscaping. The city allows the pile out up to seven days before the bulk day but not after 6:00 a.m. on the collection day, and cleaning up small debris left after collection is the resident's job.
