Match your item

Construction cleanup starts with the right items.

We currently accept the doors, toilets and bathroom vanities listed here, already detached and ready outside. Choose each item separately. Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted, including in bags.

Doors

Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.

Toilets

Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.

Bathroom vanities

Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

Home improvement and construction debris

Accepted with preparation

Construction debris is priced by the cubic yard on the county transfer station fee sheet, and the Gray Wolf Regional Landfill in Dewey accepts construction and demolition debris, so a renovation load has a published self-haul route.

City cost & eligibility
$46 per cubic yard of construction debris at a Yavapai County transfer station, where the published rate includes steel, metal items, sheet rock, concrete, mortar, particle board, railroad ties, large lumber, doors, solar panels, roofing, carpet, rock, asphalt and tools. Confirm the load and the receiving station at (928) 863-4672. The county also publishes a per ton rate with a minimum for the Paulden station only, so ask which rate fits your load.
When & how
Haul the load to a county transfer station, or to the Gray Wolf Regional Landfill in Dewey, which is open 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Saturday and closed Sunday and on major holidays.
Get it ready
Keep the load residential and out of a voucher, because the voucher programme states no demolition disposal, and commercial loads are refused at the county clean-up days. Friable asbestos, biohazardous medical waste, bulk liquids, items that contain Freon or other CFCs, explosives, used oil, waste tires and universal waste are refused at the landfill.

Keep chemicals and refrigerated appliances out of a bulk load

The town household hazardous waste pickup takes paint, solvents, pool chemicals, gasoline, car batteries and fluorescent bulbs, but it refuses electronics and large appliances, and 2026 requests are closed. A voucher load refuses municipal solid waste, household wet trash, propane tanks, liquids, hazardous items, tires, refrigerators, freezers and televisions, and the county landfill refuses items that contain Freon or other CFCs as well as waste tires.

Before you book

A few things
worth knowing.

Construction debris removal, from choosing your item to pickup day in Prescott Valley.

How much does construction debris removal cost in Prescott Valley?

Pricing is per accepted item. A detached door is $99 as a single item, an ordinary toilet is $79, and a small bathroom vanity is $99. Larger vanities have their own choices. Select the listed items to see the exact combined price. These prices do not cover mixed rubble or loose building materials. Loading, transportation and disposal are included; applicable sales tax appears before payment.

Can I get same-day toilet or vanity pickup in Prescott Valley?

Book by 2pm at your pickup address for same-day pickup, where available. Checkout shows the dates you can choose. Arrange disconnection, removal and the move outside first, then have the fixture ready by the time in your confirmation. We text you before arrival and provide pickup photos when it is done.

Will you disconnect a sink or take a door off its hinges?

The fixture must already be detached, disconnected and accessible outside at ground level. Arrange plumbing, electrical work, removal from walls or hinges, and indoor carrying before pickup. Dropcurb handles loading and haul-away from your outdoor pickup spot.

Can I add bags of drywall, tile or other demolition waste?

Mixed drywall, tile, concrete, lumber and demolition rubble are not accepted. This page offers pickup for the listed doors, toilets and bathroom vanities that are already removed. Do not book loose building materials as household trash bags or as an extra item. Arrange suitable disposal for those materials with your contractor or a debris specialist.

Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?

Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.

Can I take renovation debris to a county transfer station?

Yes. The county transfer station fee sheet prices construction debris by the cubic yard and lists what that rate includes, such as concrete, sheet rock, lumber, roofing and carpet, and the Gray Wolf Regional Landfill in Dewey also accepts construction and demolition debris. Call (928) 863-4672 before a large load, and keep in mind that county clean-up days accept residential loads only.Official guidance

Does Prescott Valley pick up bulky items at the curb?

No. The town publishes no curbside collection and its Resident's Guide lists private companies for trash service instead. Furniture, mattresses and household bulky material move through a private hauler, a self-haul trip to a county transfer station, a county community clean-up day, or the town bulk trash voucher window that runs March 1 through June 30. Ask the town at 928-759-6010 which route fits the item.Official guidance

Where do paint, chemicals and batteries go in Prescott Valley?

The town Household Hazardous Waste Program collects them at your door on a scheduled day, and 2026 requests are closed. Leave the material outside the front door or in front of the garage door, packed in boxes of reasonable lifting size and marked HHW, and call Neighborhood Services at 928-759-6010 for next year. Oil and latex paint have a 20 gallon limit. Electronics, large appliances, ammunition, biological waste, leaking containers, radioactive materials and commercial chemicals are not accepted.Official guidance

Can a Prescott Valley address use county transfer stations and clean-up days?

The county publishes rates for its transfer stations and describes its community clean-up days as open to Yavapai County residents with residential loads only, and commercial loads are not accepted. The county household hazardous waste and electronics collection is limited to Sedona city limits and unincorporated Yavapai County. Confirm that a Prescott Valley address qualifies at (928) 771-3183 before you load.Official guidance
