Set out no earlier than three days before Monday of the collection week. Leave at least three feet between bulk and green-waste piles and four feet from fixed objects. Use the front property line or your own side of an alley, keeping access clear; check any stricter HOA rules.
Use a permitted, accessible outdoor spot. Arrange the move out of your home, keep shared access clear and follow your confirmation’s readiness instructions. Check with your building about access or staging limits before booking.

For the Scottsdale allowance, use a paid single-family residential solid-waste account, printed current utility bill and matching driver's license. One load per calendar week, no more than two thousand pounds, in a non-commercial vehicle with three-quarter-ton capacity or less or capacity no greater than one and a half cubic yards. Cover and secure the load. Confirm restricted items and special handling. Confirm special handling and weight charges, account proof and covered-load requirements.

How do I book a sectional for removal?+
Open Sectional in the sofa choices, count its structural sections, and select any sleeper or reclining feature. Count the sections with their own bases, not loose cushions. The matching catalog choice covers one complete sectional of that configuration. Text a photo before booking if you are unsure.
Will you carry my couch out of my apartment?+
Dropcurb starts outside. Arrange for the sofa to be moved through the apartment and down interior stairs before pickup. We load and haul it away from an accessible outdoor spot. Arrange any dismantling needed to get it outside beforehand.
Do I need to wait at home for couch pickup?+
You do not need to be home when your booked sofa is outside and accessible. Add photos and pickup-location notes to your order so the right pieces are easy to identify. We send updates and completion photos. Confirm any building access restrictions with us before booking.
Will crews return if I miss their visit?+
