Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

From $2 per 30 gallon bag of household trash at a Maricopa County transfer station, with vehicle loads, green waste and per-item rates for furniture, mattresses, appliances and CRTs published separately on the county fee schedule. Services are open to all Maricopa County residents and no identification is required at the recycling centers, with payment by debit or credit card only.
Arrange it
Drive the load to a county transfer station during its open hours, separate recyclables from the rest of the material, and pay at the gate by card.
Batteries and household hazardous waste, fluorescent bulbs containing mercury, propane and Freon containers, wet cell batteries, commercial tires and industrial or infectious waste are refused, and a refrigerant appliance needs documented evacuation and compressor removal before it is accepted.
Sun City has no city yard, so self-haul means a trip to a Maricopa County transfer station. The county lists six of them, each open on its own days from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., including Rainbow Valley on South Rainbow Valley Road in Goodyear, open Friday and Saturday, and New River on North New River Road in Phoenix, open Wednesday through Saturday. Services are open to all county residents, payment is by debit or credit card only, and the fee schedule prices household trash by the bag or the vehicle load and prices furniture, mattresses, appliances and CRTs per item.
