Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

Get it ready
Place the material in the street against the curb in front of the property, never on the sidewalk, on private property or in the alley, and keep it at least 5 feet from mailboxes, utility boxes, landscaping and anything else that could be damaged. Keep the pile inside 8 feet long by 6 feet wide by 4 feet tall, or about a three quarter ton pickup load, and bag or box leaves, grass and small clippings.
The barrel goes to the end of the curb by 5:00 a.m. with the front facing the street and at least four feet of clearance, and two or more barrels sit four feet apart. Bag and tie everything, including grass clippings and yard waste, keep the load inside the barrel with nothing protruding more than a foot, and know that an overfilled barrel is left behind.
Set the pile in the street against the curb in front of the property and never on the sidewalk, on private property or in the alley. On a high capacity road such as 111th Avenue, the pile has to go on the resident's own property with a signed liability waiver, and it always stays at least 5 feet from anything that could be damaged.
Book the collection in the MySchedule portal up to 60 days in advance, because a pile is only collected when it is scheduled. Keep the pile inside 8 feet long by 6 feet wide by 4 feet tall, have it at the curb by 5:30 a.m., and clear anything the crew leaves behind within two days.

Which option covers a Peloton, spin bike or recumbent bike?+
Choose Exercise bike for one stationary bike, including spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes. Peloton and other brands use the same stationary-bike choice. A treadmill, walking pad and outdoor bicycle are different items, so select their matching options.
How do I book free weights, a weight rack or a bench?+
Enter the combined weight in pounds for your dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Booking rounds that total up to the next 10 lb unit: 25 lb uses three units. Stands, racks and benches are separate items and do not include the loose weights. Add each one that is going.

Where do batteries, motor oil and paint go?+
The hauler does not handle or dispose of hazardous waste, so it points elsewhere. Rechargeable household and auto batteries go to Interstate Batteries, motor oil goes to stores such as Checker Auto Supply or Pep Boys, and paint that has completely solidified can go in the regular trash after absorbent is added to any leftover.
