Youngtown does not run its own collection crew. The Town contracts with Parks & Sons of Sun City for weekly refuse, weekly recycling and residential bulky collection, and the bulky side is a scheduled program called MySchedule rather than a town wide cleanup week. Each household can book up to two bulky collections a year at no extra cost, with television and appliances without refrigerant on the acceptable list, and refrigerant appliances, household trash, construction debris and inert material all refused. Everything goes out early, because barrels are due by 5:00 a.m. and bulk piles by 5:30 a.m. on the day of collection.
