Cost & conditions
No charge. Free to Buena Park residential refuse customers, for up to six large or bulky items and up to three pickups each calendar year. Commercial and multi-family customers with drop-off bins are handled separately by EDCO.

Tires, dirt, concrete, asphalt and hazardous chemicals are refused, and the item allowance runs out at six per pickup and three pickups a year.
