Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

No published rate covers an exercise machine. If it is accepted it fits inside the free special collection allowance, so confirm the item and any charge with Waste Management at (800) 423-9986 before the collection day.
When & how
Call Waste Management at (800) 423-9986 with the machine type and weight before scheduling, then include it in the pickup only if it is accepted.
Get it ready
Break the machine down so it can be handled, keep the pieces inside the six bulk item allowance, and remove any console or battery pack so the electronics can be handled separately.
The bulky item, electronic waste and universal waste programme and the used oil programme have to be scheduled at least 48 hours before the service day, and a late request is collected on the next service day. Each household may schedule up to three free special collections a year with up to six bulk items, five electronic items and 15 universal waste items in each, and couches, wrapped and taped mattresses and box springs, refrigerators, washers, dryers and household electronics are the accepted items.
Use a permitted, accessible outdoor spot. Arrange the move out of your home, keep shared access clear and follow your confirmation’s readiness instructions. Check with your building about access or staging limits before booking.

No charge. Corona residential customers on the Waste Management service, up to three free special collections a year with up to six bulk items, five electronic waste items and 15 universal waste items per pickup. Additional pickups can be requested for a fee.

Will you dismantle my treadmill or carry it out of the basement?+
Dropcurb pickup starts outside. Arrange indoor carrying, stairs and any dismantling needed to get your equipment out before pickup. Check the moving instructions for your exact model and arrange suitable help. We load and haul away the equipment from an accessible outdoor spot.
Which option covers a Peloton, spin bike or recumbent bike?+
Choose Exercise bike for one stationary bike, including spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes. Peloton and other brands use the same stationary-bike choice. A treadmill, walking pad and outdoor bicycle are different items, so select their matching options.
How do I book free weights, a weight rack or a bench?+
Enter the combined weight in pounds for your dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Booking rounds that total up to the next 10 lb unit: 25 lb uses three units. Stands, racks and benches are separate items and do not include the loose weights. Add each one that is going.
Will Corona collect an exercise machine?+
Exercise equipment is not named on the accepted or refused lists for the special collection programme, which refuses oversized or heavy items.
