Count each detached door panel separately. Have it removed from its hinges before pickup. A whole installed doorway or garage door is not the same item.
Toilets
Choose Toilet for an ordinary household toilet that has already been disconnected, drained and moved outside. Text a photo before booking if yours is broken or has loose sharp pieces.
Bathroom vanities
Choose the small, standard or large bathroom vanity that matches your sink cabinet. A makeup table has a separate choice. Plumbing disconnection and removal from the wall happen before pickup.

City cost & eligibility
The city rate sheet publishes mixed construction and demolition processing for temporary bins from two cubic yards to a forty cubic yard roll-off box, and the county landfills charge public disposal by vehicle size or weight with an added charge for hard-to-handle items longer than six feet. Confirm the container size, the rate and the load classification before the material moves.
When & how
Order the bin or roll-off from CR&R at (949) 520-6005, or haul the load to Olinda Alpha Landfill in Brea or Prima Deshecha Landfill in San Juan Capistrano between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. or 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday with the load tarped or secured.
Get it ready
Keep construction and demolition material out of the carts and off the bulky pile, keep household hazardous waste out of the load entirely, and check the destination before loading because treated wood is refused at Olinda Alpha and taken at Prima Deshecha.
Use a permitted, accessible outdoor spot. Arrange the move out of your home, keep shared access clear and follow your confirmation’s readiness instructions. Check with your building about access or staging limits before booking.

Loads must be tarped or secured because that is the law, the landfills close on major holidays, Frank R. Bowerman Landfill allows no public disposal, and treated wood is refused at Olinda Alpha while Prima Deshecha accepts it.
Public and commercial solid waste, including construction and demolition material, household loads and clean broken asphalt, which is accepted free.
The site does not accept hazardous waste or chemically treated wood, and every load must be covered or secured before it reaches the gate.

Can a door, toilet and vanity go in the same pickup?+
Yes. Add each listed fixture separately and choose the correct vanity size. Each detached door panel counts as one item. The combined price appears before you book. Keep the fixtures together outside, separate from anything staying, and add a location photo on your order page.
