The handoff matters
An on-call collection has to be booked with NASA Services at 888-888-0388 at least 24 hours before the next regular collection day, and the items have to be curbside no later than 6 a.m. on collection day. Leaving a pile at the curb without a scheduled collection is treated as illegal dumping and can bring a fine.
