Get it ready
Keep items inside the published limits: no more than eight feet in length, four feet in width or 150 pounds, with no liquid, oil, gas or freon inside anything set out. Branches and wood bundle up to four feet long and 18 inches in diameter.
Every bulky pickup, including electronic waste and universal waste, is scheduled for the regular waste collection day, so the booking is only for a date you already have service. Book with CR&R at 877-728-0446 or through the hauler's online scheduling service, and keep the material inside eight feet in length, four feet in width and 150 pounds.
The rate sheet states that bulky material must not contain any type of liquid, oil, gas or freon, so drain gas and oil from small motorized equipment, empty appliances of liquid and confirm with the hauler how a refrigerator, freezer or air conditioner should be handled before it is set out.

Book by 2pm in the pickup address’s local time for same-day pickup. Available dates appear at checkout. Have the couch outside and accessible according to your confirmation. We send pickup updates and photos when it is done; the booking is for a day rather than an exact arrival time.
How do I book a sectional for removal?+
Open Sectional in the sofa choices, count its structural sections, and select any sleeper or reclining feature. Count the sections with their own bases, not loose cushions. The matching catalog choice covers one complete sectional of that configuration. Text a photo before booking if you are unsure.
Will you carry my couch out of my apartment?+
Dropcurb starts outside. Arrange for the sofa to be moved through the apartment and down interior stairs before pickup. We load and haul it away from an accessible outdoor spot. Arrange any dismantling needed to get it outside beforehand.
Do I need to wait at home for couch pickup?+
You do not need to be home when your booked sofa is outside and accessible. Add photos and pickup-location notes to your order so the right pieces are easy to identify. We send updates and completion photos. Confirm any building access restrictions with us before booking.
