The City tells residents to call for the current rate per item for an on-demand curbside bulk pickup and requires prepayment before the pickup, so no amount can be quoted. The drop off events are included in the minimum service every household pays and carry no separate charge.

Why do I pay even if I use another hauler?+
The minimum service level fee applies to all residents because the program is meant to benefit the whole community, and a lower minimum rate was negotiated for residents who hire a different hauler.
