An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

The Community Association runs a voluntary opt-in program with Waste Connections at a discounted association rate, with one pickup day a week in each of five service zones and single-stream recycling, while making clear that other providers may still serve the community and that the trash service is not included in the association assessment. Residents in the opt-in program have used standardized containers issued by the hauler since February 2026, and putting trash out on the wrong day or leaving containers out falls under the community's residential improvement guidelines.
