Treadmill, walking pad or commercial model?
Household treadmill includes folding home models with a tall console. Choose Walking pad for a compact under-desk model, or Commercial treadmill for a large gym machine. All equipment opens those choices.
An exercise bike, elliptical or rower
Spin, upright, recumbent and air bikes all use Exercise bike, including Peloton and other brands. One elliptical includes its connected base, handles and pedals. Rowing machines and Pilates reformers have their own choices.
Weights, racks and benches
Add together the pounds of loose dumbbells, kettlebells, plates and barbells. Free weights are priced in 10 lb units, rounding the combined weight up. For example, 25 lb uses three units. Add a stand, rack or bench separately if it is going too.

Get it ready
Take the machine down as far as it will come apart and keep the loose weights with it. If the machine is refused, the county landfill accepts metal material and the county publishes a free metal pickup service for metal goods, so ask about those routes as well.
Lone Tree has no free bulky pickup. Large items are collected by Waste Connections only by special arrangement with the resident and at the resident's cost, so call 303-288-2100 first and wait for the collection to be confirmed before anything goes to the curb.
